THE PAINT SHOP
This building was built sometime in the 70s. We have been told that it was originally a paint shop. The owner had racks of shelving (that was left behind) where he would display and sell paint until the big box stores put him out of business. By far, this building was in the roughest shape out of everything that we’ve ever bought. It only had 3 real walls remaining and we completely built back the front facade.
